GOOD Based on 678 reviews Sharon Moore2024-12-08 Luxury Swag was perfect for 1 night or more. So clean and seemed new. Bed was so comfortable and clean. Aircon was perfect for hot day on arrival to lie down and look out the window. And once night became cool it was so relaxing to lie there with windows open and hear the surf and birds. Toilets and showers were new and clean too. Restaurant was closed as being renovated. Kiosk food looked good. But I got back from walk after 5.30 and it was closed. So had to have cup of tea and biscuits for dinner. There's also a fridge n toaster if U come prepared. The whole place is neat and tidy and will be perfect if they have food available after 5.30 in future. Will definitely stay again and have already told family n friends. Also great U accept pets. Love it !! kyleesherratt2024-12-05 First impressions of arriving reception staff were really unprofessional & quite rude. From the lack of customer service they should be replaced. Apart from that we stayed in one of the tents which were absolutely lovely. Very clean except our towels were in the fridge. Looked like they had defrosted it and forgot to replace our towels even thou we got an email prior to booking saying our room was ready. The place was beautiful but because of the revolting reception staff we will not be returning. Bit disappointing. Hopefully they clean their attitudes up. Not a good look for such a great place! La restauration sur place est très succincte. Donc endroit bien pour passer des vacances style camping, mais à éviter si vous souhaitez explorer Ballina et sa région. This park is a gem if you are seeking a relaxing, 'away-from-it-all' style holiday. Young kids will run around all day, and while mine are aged 16 and 22, they still loved everything about BBNR. Lots of laughs and great memories were made - we can't wait to go back! 🫶 Brooke2024-11-19 We had such a great time glamping at Ballina Nature Beach Resort over winter this year! The glamping tents are absolutely adorable—cozy, air-conditioned, and the perfect mix of nature and comfort. We loved that it’s dog-friendly, so we could bring our furry friend along for the adventure. The beach is just a short walk away, which was perfect for daily strolls. We were pleasantly surprised by how good and quick the food was—it exceeded our expectations! We’re definitely planning to return with the kids once the playground is ready (though it might already be finished by now). Can’t wait for our next stay! Nicole Graham2024-11-18 We stayed at deluxe suite number 19 to celebrate my sons 10th birthday. The cabin was spotless the staff were friendly in particular Loise Crystal and Justine went above and beyond to assist us. Fantastic saltwater pool and waterpark plenty of room to run around and explore Highly recomend!! I will be back ♥️ Kim Atherfold2024-11-17 This place is fabulous! Everyone is so accommodating! I had a cat so more management for me within the glam-tent. It is really good for cats because it has an unpolished wooden floor - indestructable and very easy to clean. And a big space for the cat to wander around when I wasn't there. So I laid out a large plastic mat and then placed all the cat parafanalia on top of it and simply rolled it up when I left. Easy! Three for location because the car ferry was shut for two weeks - so annoying to have to drive all the way around to get to Ballina!
